landLAB collaborated with Architect James Lee on the temporary office trailers located at parking lot P703 at the Radiology Oncology Building and adjacent to the new CNG Fueling Facility. The landscape design features a continuation of the design and function of the existing bioswales and California native planting drive islands. The landscape design intent for the new office trailers is simply to blend into the existing landscape. Large native shrubs and trees provide visual screening for the trailers plus a sense of separation from the parking for the building users. California native flowering perennials and grasses add color, texture for interest as well as being low maintenance and low water use.
