SPLA collaborated with Bohlin Cywinski Jackson Architects on the Computer Science Building which is located in the Jacobs School of Engineering, in the heart of the Warren College Neighborhood at UCSD. It is one of three engineering buildings surrounding the Academic Court and was designed in conjunction with the Academic Court. Thoughtful site-planning provides intimate outdoor spaces, specifically created for gatherings between faculty and students from Computer Science. At the same time, the area is physically and visually connected to the other two engineering buildings on the court, promoting interaction between the various engineering faculties and students.
